About Heather:
Prior to joining the Cash Management Group, Heather worked at HSBC as a KYC Analyst and later as a Specialist, where she supported client onboarding and compliance processes while building strong relationships with corporate clients. She holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Economics, graduating magna cum laude, and recently completed her Master of Economics at the University of British Columbia. Outside of the office, Heather enjoys paddle boarding and spending time in nature.
